MASCHERONI
Over the years, I have developed and conducted several experimental workshop formats for schools, museums, and educational contexts of all ages. These are creative programs designed for children, teenagers, and adults, based on collaboration, shared work, and the use of recycled and repurposed materials. Through participatory creativity workshops, I explore the power of collective imagination to create shared artworks that become a living part of the spaces that host them.
Mascheroni, Collective Work, 2019–2023
The project guides each class in creating a large collective mask: starting from individual sketches, which are shared, combined, and transformed into a single unified vision. Using recycled and repurposed materials, students collaborate to create the final mask, which becomes a symbol of the unity of the team that made it. Once completed, a class photo captures the outcome of this collective experience before the mask is displayed in the classroom. This process is designed to strengthen a sense of belonging, creativity, and teamwork, beyond competitive logic.
