The Cabbage Project

2016 – ongoing

The Cabbage Project is a research-based work that brings together photography, design, and food culture, starting from a simple and recognizable element: the cabbage. The aim is to transform this natural subject into a contemporary visual language, built through forms, textures, and colors that define the project’s identity.

Originally developed as a photographic series, the project has gradually expanded into the field of design, generating graphics, patterns, objects, and tableware, and eventually integrating the world of food. From this evolution emerges an experiential format that includes performances and public happenings: shared dinners and moments in which people become an active part of the work through food, artist-designed plates, bibs, tablecloths, and dedicated graphic elements.

The Cabbage Project can exist as an exhibition, a gastronomic collaboration, a collection of objects, or an experiential event. Its strength lies in its visual coherence and in its ability to transform an artistic research into a concrete.
