THE ALGAE

Experimental Sculptures / Workshops, 2022–2025

An intuitive and experimental sculpture project developed and shared through workshops and interventions at public urban art festivals in various Italian cities. The Algae arise from research on recycled materials and their relationship with water and time. This exploration transforms industrial production waste into new organic forms: lightweight, modular, and participatory sculptures. The public is involved in designing and building the structures, giving life to spontaneous collective installations that grow, move, and assemble like constantly evolving organisms.
